This process reflects how we typically like to work: streamlined, flexible and collaborative.
Step 1 - Initial Chat
We start with a relaxed chat to understand your goals, target audience and storytelling goals – this can be a phone call, meeting or by email. We can build an idea from scratch or develop a concept you already have in mind, our aim is to come away with a clear idea of what you need, and how we can best bring it to life.
There’s no obligation or cost for this stage, we love discussing new projects are happy to bounce ideas around and see where they lead.
Step 2 - Pre Production
We’ll develop a tailored proposal outlining timelines, deliverables, creative direction, and more. The turnaround on projects can be as fast as a day! We can adapt the timeframe to suit your needs.
Once this is accepted, we take it from here and do what we do best. Based on your needs, we can cover everything from scripting and scheduling to gear prep and finding crew, we can handle everything needed to set the shoot up for success.
Step 3 - Shoot Day
We arrive with gear, crew and plenty of positive energy, ready to roll with whatever the day brings. We have a wide range of camera, lighting and audio gear that can cover projects of any scale.
We’re always checking in to make sure everything feels right, from lighting and framing to how talent comes across on camera, making tweaks as needed and always keeping your content’s goals in mind. We take extra care to help talent feel relaxed and confident, ensuring a smooth shoot for everyone.
Step 4 - Editing, Feedback & Delivery
We tailor the edit to your goals and provide final deliverables ready for any platform. Need it fast? We’re set up to deliver completed videos same-day when the schedule calls for it.
Editing, color, sound design, graphics, it’s all covered to match the scope of your project. We offer two rounds of revision as standard, to ensure you’re 100% happy with the final product.
